Children’s Workshops

We are passionate about maintaining a child’s natural inclination to purity or being. In our fun and community centred workshops we lead children in warm ups, asanas and create a sense of calm and grounding for our littlest friends.

Children’s workshops are usually run during school holiday periods at a community space within the city of Boroondara, VIC.
