Founded by Divya Sharma, Sampoorna Yoga is grounded in authentic, uplifting yoga for all.
Divya’s yoga journey began at age 16, seeing her father practising asanas and pranayama daily. She has trained extensively in Classical Ashtanga Yoga and moved to Melbourne from Mumbai in 2018 with her husband and two daughters.
In her consciously curated sessions and workshops, Divya is elated to witness people achieving recovery, health and fitness through unification of body, breath and mind. Her absolute passion is facilitating a quietening of the mind through focused movement, breath and relaxation to help cultivate a higher state of consciousness.
