One-to-one Sessions

We work with you to develop tailored, accessible yoga sessions and create an environment that supports your life in a flexible, friendly framework.

One-to-one sessions can be centred around health concerns and individual interests such as:

Sessions can be run in person or online via Zoom. For in-person classes, your sessions can be run in the comfort of your home if you live within 10kms of Kew, Melbourne.
