Practising yoga with Divya through Sampoorna Yoga has been a saviour for my body and mind. My back and neck troubles have reduced and I come out of our sessions feeling physically and mentally refreshed, and less stressed.
I have developed a deeper understanding of the art of yoga, not just as a form of physical exercise but as a way of life. Divya’s sessions aren’t about pushing yourself physically though they are physically challenging – they are about present movements that calm the mind and keep the body healthy.
My strength and flexibility have increased and my movement and breathing have aligned. Divya is a lovely and gentle teacher: authentic, patient, precise and instructive, very positive and encouraging.
